This English page is a simplified summary for reading convenience only. It is not the complete legal document. For the full and legally controlling Payment Terms, refer to the Chinese version of this document. If this summary differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
These Payment Terms are provided by Qingchuang Juejin (Qingdao) Information Technology Co., Ltd. They explain rules for Zinuto membership purchases, subscription renewals, payment handoff, entitlement sync, invoice/receipt assistance, and refund support. The Chinese version is the controlling legal version. Translations are provided only for reading convenience; if there is any inconsistency, the Chinese version prevails.
1. Scope
These Terms apply when you purchase, renew, restore, sync, cancel, request invoice assistance, or request refund support through the Zinuto desktop app, website checkout, Apple App Store, Paddle, Alipay, or another currently supported Zinuto payment channel. Final price, tax, currency, renewal, merchant of record, payment state, invoice/receipt, and refund entry may differ by channel.
2. Checkbox Confirmation
First sign-in/sign-up requires manual confirmation of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; the same legal version may be checked by default on the same device later. Membership upgrades in the desktop app, Apple IAP purchases, and Alipay web payment handoff require manual confirmation in that session of the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and these Terms. Paddle checkout is displayed directly in Paddle's inline checkout, where Paddle's checkout controls apply. The confirmation is recorded by document version, scope, language, client confirmation time, server record time, source, user, platform, provider, intent, or transaction.
3. Account Binding and Entitlement Sync
Purchases and purchase restoration are strictly bound to the signed-in Zinuto account. Entitlements do not merge, transfer, or share automatically across emails, sign-in methods, or accounts. Payment success does not always mean entitlement settlement and sync are immediately complete. Zinuto updates entitlements based on verifiable states returned by Apple, Paddle, Alipay, or other channels. If payment, settlement, and entitlement state differ, please wait for sync or contact support.
4. Prices, Taxes, Currency, and Payment State
Price, discount, tax, currency, exchange rate, payment fee, auto-renewal state, valid period, and final payable amount are controlled by the page, payment channel, app store, server catalog, and order page shown at the time of purchase or payment. Price descriptions may change because of region, tax, channel rules, exchange rates, provider configuration, or operations. Zinuto does not guarantee that historical prices, test prices, screenshot prices, or third-party cached prices remain valid.
5. Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation
Apple App Store and Paddle may offer auto-renewing subscriptions; whether renewal applies, the cycle, renewal amount, cancellation entry, and cancellation effective time are controlled by the live rules of the relevant channel. Alipay native is currently usually a fixed-duration purchase unless the payment flow expressly shows auto-renewal. Canceling renewal usually stops future billing and does not automatically reverse or refund the current active service period.
6. Invoices, Receipts, and Billing Documents
Different payment channels may have different merchants of record or providers issuing receipts, invoices, billing records, or transaction documents. Apple purchases are usually managed by Apple for billing and receipts; Paddle and Alipay purchases follow their channel and order records. Zinuto can reasonably help verify account, order, entitlement, and available information, but cannot guarantee that Zinuto can directly issue or reissue invoices for every channel, region, tax scenario, or historical order.
7. Refunds and Disputes
Refund eligibility, amount, path, review period, arrival time, and whether entitlement must be revoked are controlled by the actual billing party, app store, payment channel, order state, applicable law, and live purchase flow. Apple refunds are usually handled by Apple; Paddle and Alipay refunds follow the relevant channel, order, and Zinuto backoffice review flow. Digital-service activation, effective entitlements, started service periods, duplicate purchases, channel limits, abnormal risk signals, or missed deadlines may affect refund outcomes.
8. Support Zinuto Can Provide
Contact us if payment succeeded but entitlement did not unlock, membership state does not match the order, there are signs of duplicate charge, payment was interrupted, checkout state is abnormal after page close, you need to confirm which account owns a purchase, state is abnormal after cancellation or restoration, you need invoice/receipt guidance, or you need refund support. Please provide purchase date, channel, order or transaction reference, Zinuto account email or id, billing screenshot, and a description of the issue.
9. Exceptions, Risk Control, and Refusal
To prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate payment, cross-account entitlement conflict, payment-channel abnormality, security risk, or Terms violations, we may refuse to create a payment intent, pause checkout handoff, delay entitlement sync, require re-login, ask for more information, cancel abnormal requests, or move a case to manual review. Exception handling does not change payment, charge, refund, or chargeback decisions already made by the actual billing party.
