These Terms of Service are entered into by and between Qingchuang Juejin (Qingdao) Information Technology Co., Ltd. and you for the use of the Zinuto website, desktop application, account service, membership service, downloads, updates, payment/subscription/invoice/refund support, and customer support. The Chinese version is the controlling legal version. Translations are provided only for reading convenience; if there is any inconsistency, the Chinese version prevails.

1. Acceptance

By visiting the website, using the desktop application, creating or signing in to an account, checking a legal confirmation, purchasing or restoring membership, submitting feedback, or continuing to use Zinuto services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, Payment Terms, and other applicable notices shown or linked with the service. Different purchase or sign-in entries may require you to manually confirm the required legal documents again for that session.

2. Service Scope

Zinuto services include website pages, the desktop application, local runtime, training and review features, challenge training, notes, custom indicators, local market-data management, accounts, email verification codes, third-party sign-in, membership entitlements, Apple / Paddle / Alipay purchase flows, downloads and updates, built-in local documents, feedback, and support materials.

3. Product Nature and Boundaries

Zinuto is a tool for trading training, review, notes, local data management, and method building. Zinuto does not connect to real-money accounts, execute live market orders, provide brokerage, exchange, asset-management, investment-advisory, financial, tax, or legal services, or promise returns, win rates, drawdowns, risk-control outcomes, or real trading performance. Training, challenges, indicators, statistics, diagnostics, and honors are for learning, review, and method organization only.

4. Accounts and Sign-In

Email/password, Google, and Apple are independent sign-in methods. The same email may correspond to different Zinuto accounts under different sign-in methods. Automatic merging, automatic migration, and automatic entitlement sharing are not currently provided. You must keep account information accurate and protect verification codes, passwords, devices, and sessions. Purchases, purchase restoration, and entitlement sync are strictly bound to the signed-in account.

5. Local Data and User Responsibility

Zinuto stores training records, notes, imported market data, custom indicators, and most workspace state on your device by default. You must confirm that you have lawful rights to import, copy, back up, transfer, and use third-party market data, and you are responsible for local backups, device security, disk space, file permissions, and network environment. Zinuto does not provide, sell, verify, host, or license third-party market data and does not authorize violations of third-party agreements.

6. Membership, Purchases, and Entitlements

Membership tiers, feature access, prices, currencies, taxes, renewals, valid periods, refund eligibility, and channel limits are controlled by the pages shown at purchase time, the server catalog, the payment channel, and the relevant legal documents. Apple App Store, Paddle, Alipay, or other channels may have different billing, renewal, refund, and invoice rules. One account may hold only the paid source currently allowed by the service at a time; entitlements do not merge automatically across accounts, sign-in methods, or payment channels.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use Zinuto to violate law, attack or interfere with services, bypass access limits, impersonate others, abuse accounts or verification codes, commit fraud, misuse refunds or support, infringe third-party rights, upload or process malicious content, or use the services in a way that may harm Zinuto, other users, providers, or third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

Zinuto may work with Google, Apple, Paddle, Alipay, email, hosting, download, storage, security, customer-support, and other necessary providers. Third-party services are provided by their respective entities and governed by their terms, privacy policies, billing rules, and technical status. Third-party outages, review, payment refusal, refund outcomes, app-store policies, or network issues may affect Zinuto sign-in, purchases, downloads, or sync.

9. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

We may adjust, suspend, or terminate parts of the services, features, pages, pricing, membership entitlements, download entries, or support methods because of product iteration, operations, security, compliance, provider changes, maintenance, incidents, force majeure, or legal requirements. If you materially violate the Terms, abuse the services, threaten security, or engage in fraud, we may lawfully restrict, suspend, or terminate related accounts, sessions, entitlements, or support handling.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Zinuto is provided as currently available. We work to improve stability, security, and availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, compatibility with every device, or satisfaction of all expectations. You are responsible for real-world decisions based on training results, statistics, indicators, diagnostics, honors, or notes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, trading losses, data loss, third-party service outcomes, or damage not attributable to us.

11. Updates, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution

We may update these Terms when products, service processes, membership or payment rules, technical implementation, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on the website or related pages and take effect from the stated date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms or Zinuto services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the People's Court of Huangdao District, Qingdao.
