Zinuto Support Medal Purchase Agreement

Read before paying. Each one-year Support Medal grant is account-bound digital display content, not a donation, investment, stored value, or special software access. The payment confirmation says whether billing renews.

1. Parties and scope

This Agreement is between you and Qingchuang Juejin (Qingdao) Information Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Operator”) and covers Support Medal purchases in an official Zinuto app. The provider or app store shown at payment processes the charge. A Medal is paid digital display, not a charitable donation. By submitting payment, you confirm that you read, understood, and accepted this Agreement; do not pay if you disagree.

2. What you purchase

You purchase a limited-term, personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to display the selected Support Medal on the Zinuto account signed in at payment. A Medal is not ownership, an investment, stored value, virtual currency, subscription status, or a right to returns. It cannot be redeemed for cash and unlocks no software feature, data, quota, update, or ongoing service.

3. Capacity and account security

You must have the legal capacity required for the purchase. A minor or other person with limited capacity should purchase only with a guardian’s consent and guidance. Check the signed-in account before paying. To the extent allowed by law, you bear risks caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials, sharing a device, or failing to protect the account; the Operator still performs its mandatory security duties.

4. Price, payment, and contract formation

The checkout confirmation controls the Medal tier, currency, tax-inclusive price where applicable, and payment channel. The purchase contract is formed no later than when you confirm payment and the provider reports success. Operator-ledger verification supports delivery and reconciliation; it does not mean no contract exists after payment. A QR code, open payment page, or pending order alone does not prove payment. The Operator provides a lawful transaction document when required and given valid details.

5. Delivery, duration, and repeat purchases

After successful payment and necessary verification, the Medal is delivered to the purchasing account. Start and expiry times shown there are the performance record. Each purchase creates a one-year grant. If the same Medal already has an active grant, the new grant starts after that Medal’s latest expiry. Grants for different Medals may be active together. A repeat purchase is not a prorated upgrade and is not converted to another Medal.

6. Renewal, cancellation, and display changes

Direct Alipay or PayPal purchases are one-time and do not renew. A Store order renews only if its confirmation states an auto-renewing subscription and shows the period and price. Manage or cancel it there; cancellation stops future charges but does not by itself refund a paid period. Notices follow law and Store rules. Published display rules may choose among active Medals without shortening grants. The Operator may make minor security, compatibility, or visual changes without materially reducing the purchase.

7. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights

A Medal is digital display content delivered after payment. Once delivered, a change of mind, non-use, device change, voluntary account deletion, or selection of the wrong account does not automatically require a refund, except where law, provider or store rules, or an express Operator promise says otherwise. If an Operator-caused delivery failure is not cured within a reasonable time, performance, refund, or another legally required remedy will be provided. Mandatory consumer rights are never excluded.

8. Reversals, chargebacks, and account deletion

If the related payment is lawfully refunded, reversed, charged back, or found unauthorized, the Operator may revoke the grant created by that purchase. Other valid purchases are unaffected. Deleting the account ends its Medal display, and the Medal cannot move to another account; voluntary deletion alone does not automatically create a refund. For a duplicate or unauthorized charge, promptly contact the provider and the Operator with verifiable order details.

9. Prohibited conduct and risk review

Do not use a payment instrument without authority, forge an order, alter a callback or record, bypass repeat-purchase confirmation, abuse a refund or chargeback process, or resell, pledge, finance, or misleadingly promote a Medal. Where reasonable fraud, security, or compliance risk exists, the Operator may pause delivery or display during verification and must handle the matter reasonably. This does not restrict a lawful dispute or remedy.

10. Order records and personal information

The Operator processes order, account-association, and grant records only as needed to form and perform the contract, verify and reconcile payment, handle refunds, prevent fraud, audit, support users, and meet legal duties. Retention follows the website Privacy Policy and applicable law. The provider handles full card numbers, payment passwords, and verification codes; never email them. After account deletion, de-linked or legally required records may be retained.

11. Service boundaries and liability

The Operator does not promise uninterrupted third-party payment networks and is not responsible beyond what law requires for delay caused by a network failure, provider outage, or force majeure outside its reasonable control after reasonable measures are taken. It does not exclude liability for intentional or grossly negligent property loss, personal injury, or any other liability that law forbids it to limit. Foreseeable direct loss and statutory remedies are handled under applicable law.

12. Updates, law, and disputes

The Operator may update this Agreement for product, payment-channel, or legal changes. This page identifies its version and date. Each update applies only to later orders and, unless law requires, does not reduce existing rights. PRC law governs subject to mandatory protections. Contact contact@zinuto.com first if practical. You may also complain, mediate, arbitrate under a separately valid agreement, or sue in a court with jurisdiction. Simplified Chinese controls translations without limiting mandatory rights.
