Contacting Zinuto about PubToo or HSKOn
Contact Zinuto, PubToo and HSKOn at contact@zinuto.com. Find the matching help page and describe file, account or Chinese practice issues clearly.
Zinuto, PubToo and HSKOn use contact@zinuto.com for public contact. A clear description identifies the product and edition involved. You do not need to send an entire private document to explain an issue.
Before emailing, read the relevant product help page. Its platform, account and purchase guidance may already answer your question.
Name the product, platform and issue
A subject such as “PubToo Go · iPhone · PDF output” or “HSKOn · account sign-in” gives useful context. Include the application version, operating system version, device and approximate time of the issue in your message.
Separate the expected result from the actual result. For example, “I need the PDF below the attachment limit, but the output is still above it” states a condition that “compression is broken” does not. Check the official website for release status. If you are asking about an edition that is not publicly released, identify the message as a release enquiry.
For file issues, give reproducible conditions
For PubToo, describe the file format, before and after sizes, task or mode, and the exact error message. For an image, say whether the problem is unclear text, changed colors or an unexpected transparent background. For a PDF, identify whether it concerns a scanned page, text, links or page appearance.
If a sample is needed, create a small file without personal information and verify that it reproduces the same issue. Crop unrelated information from screenshots. Do not include passwords, full payment details or private documents unrelated to the problem.
- Explain the input, chosen processing settings and output separately.
- List a few reproduction steps in order and say whether the issue happens every time.
- Keep the original and output copies for your own comparison; the first message does not need to contain every file.
Separate learning content from account issues
For HSKOn, distinguish sign-in, synchronization and interface problems from the wording, explanation or playback of an exercise. For a content issue, provide enough exercise context to locate it and explain the exact inconsistency. For a study question, describe your goal and what you have already tried.
Do not include your account password, verification codes or other sign-in credentials. Identify beta feedback and public release enquiries clearly in the subject. For deletion or privacy requests, follow the corresponding HSKOn policy page and state the request explicitly.
Use the right purchase or company context
For a purchase question, name the platform, edition and order status shown in the store. Read that platform’s trial, subscription and purchase restoration guidance first, rather than inferring your situation from another platform. An email does not need a bank card number or payment password.
Company enquiries, website corrections and other matters can also go to contact@zinuto.com with a descriptive subject. No fixed response time is promised here; rely on actual replies and product announcements. Tukket manages its own website and portal, so use its own contact channels for those issues.
